Important Announcement: Moving to Mercy Effective April 21, 2026

I’m writing to let you know about some upcoming changes to this practice.

I’ve enjoyed being an independent physician for many years, but after much thought, I’ve decided to join Mercy. This will become effective on April 21.

Becoming part of Mercy will be good for our practice, our employees and, most importantly, our patients. We’ll have access to all Mercy’s resources, including Mercy’s electronic health records, specialty expertise and much more. We’re looking forward to a smooth transition.

Our current address and phone numbers will change. Our new name is:

Our current office will close on March 24. We ask that you contact your primary care physician during this transition phase for immediate medical needs and medication refills.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for the many years you’ve entrusted your care to me. It’s a privilege to care for you, and I look forward to doing so as a Mercy physician.
